I LOVE this series. I love every bit of it. Every time I read a book in this series, I have so many tabs hanging out of the sides that I run out. There are lines I love and clues I'm watching. There is so much here about how to change the world and people's minds and how we handle major changes in society. It's amazing and beautiful and I love all the characters-- even the ones I hate. There is so much depth here and the order of these short stories? The pieces of this collection? Amazing. Make us wait until the very end for all the things that we crave most. I devoured the last 100 or so pages last night because I finally found what I'd been dying to have! I cannot wait to see what Aveyard does next.

While this book is 480 pages, it goes quickly with maps, journals and notes, including two stories previously released and a few new stories. The best, and longest, Iron Heart is really the reason to buy the book for, a story in Evangeline, Elane, Mare and Cal’s POV taking place after War Storm. While the story is satisfying in tying up some loose ends, the book is a bit dense. Never the less, I did enjoy a glimpse back into this world.

I am IN LOVE with this adaptation for the Red Queen series. The ending left me with chills and a big old smile on my face! Once again, Victoria Aveyard does not disappoint! The POV’s of each character is well done and each leads to what we all remember happened in the past. I can say without a doubt, I am so very happy I got to read this book! Thank you, Ms Aveyard for giving us Cal and Mare! Without whom I think we’d all be a little bored. Five stars well deserved!
