It was cold out, because it was winter. I was used to freezing. I did it all the time in my ragged clothes, like at night when I slept under my tablecloth. I freeze all the time. It doesn't really botjer me anymore. As I walked through the street I saw kids playing snowball fight. Longing teared at my heart. I wished I was that young. To play, just play, totally oblivious about money and war, damage and death. My childhood had a big place in my heart. Even if my family was poor, my memories as a kid were good memories. I had a pet turtle, Nilnil. It could dance. I was so happy. It was te coolest thing. Yet, here I was in the cold, thinking about dancing turtles. It was just wrong.

OK for a free book. A collection of 77 short stories by different authors. Judging by the caliber of sophistication of these stories, my guess is that these were written by previously unpublished authors, some of which may be children or teens. The stories themselves are fairly gory and deal with the supernatural, witchcraft, zombies, murder, etc. Definitely not for children. Some stories are better than others. Some would rate zero stars and some as high as 4-5 stars. Editing for most of the stories is good but some stories couldn't have been proofed at all with horrible grammar, spelling, missing words, etc. words, etc.
