Her professional affiliations include membership in the American Society of Jewelry Historians, Alumni Association of the Gemology Institute of America, National Association of Jewelry Appraisers, and Alumni Association of Sotheby's Institute, London. In addition to previous editions of this book, Bell also authored Collecting Victorian Jewelry: Identification and Price Guide and How to Be a Jewelry Detective.

a LOT of inaccuracies in this book, sloppy research or ineffective editing, in either case not a good book for reference or valuation

Not sure what's allegedly inaccurate. I love this book. It even includes GIA photos. Great info and glorious color photos. I highly recommend it!
