I’ve been reading James Clear’s articles for quite some time and I highly recommend him to many people. This book is an in depth, well-researched, no nonsense approach to accomplishing so much more and eliminating habits that don’t serve you well. The real life stories and science behind what we do illustrate his points very well without being overly technical. Great reading! Insightful!
