Love the recipes in this book BUT the cooking times are way off. If the author was using a convection oven it would be a benefit to know, otherwise I'd suggest allowing a lot of extra time for recipes such as the Blackberry Buttermilk Pound Cake (well over the 50 minute mark and still not baked through - and this is with a calibrated oven).
