Most Helpful Customer Reviews
This book simply and beautifully lays out cheese and wine pairings: first, it gives a flavor profile and brief history of each cheese with recommended wines, and then concludes with a chart of wines with recommended cheeses-- so whether you already have a specific cheese or wine, it's easy to find what to pair with it! Be advised that this is not an exhaustive list of cheeses, but does include plenty options. This would make a wonderful coffee-table book or gift!
