The idea of doing an anthology was a sudden one. And once I decided to create Dear Nana (which has gone through a number of name changes along the way), I received over a hundred submissions vying to be in this anthology. I chose the very best and most memorable. And as I read them, sometimes into the wee hours of the morning, I felt especially honored to get to know a bit about these very special ladies and to share their lives with the world.
