WOW!!! I hated to see the story come to an end, but I absolutely loved this series. It ended beautifully just as I expected. I would love to see these characters in some of the future books. I love how Julia weaves the characters throughout her books. It makes them more real to me even though I am already enchanted by them. I absolutely love Madge. She's hilarious. I would love to have half her spunk if I live to be that age! I am totally looking forward to reading the next Random book and the new book Julia is working on featuring Darla, Trevor, and Joe. I can't wait. I hope to also see more of Laura, Mike, and Dylan. Maybe a glimpse of them in another story with Josie and Alex? Wishful hope but I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!!

It took me awhile to write my review for this one....because I was upset that the trilogy is over!! All three book were great reads. You not only get involved and invested in the main characters, but the secondary characters as well. You truly care what happens to them. What kept me from being too upset about  the trilogy ending...I just know that these characters will make cameo appearances in Julia's other books. They are all intertwined, yet you do not have to read all of her books to understand what is going on. Ok, but seriously....why WOULDN'T you read all of her books!! I always find myself smiling at the pages as I read.  Good laughs, lots of smiles, and great hot spots. You can never go wrong picking up one of Julia's books.  But be warned, you will love and become addicted to her writing style

Julia Kent does it again! She is wrapping up her Obedient series with all the laughs and plot twists you expect.  As the third installment to the series all, the characters are highly developed and you feel as if you are greeting old friends. Some of the characters from her other series weave into the plot as well. This gives you a sense of security that the characters you have come to love are still out there having fun and being funny. Lydia comes home from Iceland to lick her wounds and figure out what she wants to do with the rest of her life. Michael is still hiding from the world. Jeremy tags along with Lydia for the ride.  Bringing home a hot tall Nordic looking guy raises some eyebrows at her family’s campground. “It turns out you brought a Viking home, after all,” Miles said slowly.   ~Lydia’s brother commenting on Jeremy With things in full swing at the campground no one notices that a guest, Mike, is really the hiding Michael. Therefore, the family goes along with life and Lydia tries to decide what to do next as she bunks with Jeremy. Actually falling for Jeremy comes easier with out Michael in the picture. Lydia’s friend Krysta comes to the campground to help get Lydia motivated to the next phase of her life. Of course, the girls end up discussing sex and all things male.  “Anal’s so…last decade. Everyone knows ménage is the new anal.”   ~Miles commenting on the conversation between Lydia and Krysta Even though Lydia is having the sex of her life, she still is confused. She has no idea what she wants to do, or if Jeremy is the man to be with especially since, she is having dreams about Michael and Jeremy.  Even discussing it with Krysta does not help. “Conversations with you are like talking to Dan Savage on acid while licking Miley Cyrus.”   ~Lydia’s friend Krysta talking about sex with Lydia Lydia’s grandmother, Madge, is quite the character. She has been in several of Ms. Kent’s novels. Her humor will have you rolling on the floor laughing. When you think things are bad…you just need some Madge. “Get away. All of you. I don’t need eight hands to help me climb out of a sedan. If I’m going to have eight hands on me, they’d better be attached to men wearing butt floss and dollar bills tucked in places not meant for sunlight.”   ~Madge, Lydia’s grandmother wanting everyone to let her be Jeremy gives Lydia the chance to find out what is still driving her toward Michael. He loves her and is willing to chance what ultimately could be for all three of them. “Perfect love means no fear. Only a deep knowing, groundedness that comes from wanting the most for each other.”   ~Jeremy describing love to Lydia From hot sex scenes to serene fall days on the campground, this is the perfect way to end a series. Happiness, sorrow and love. The Obedient series has it all in spades.  Plot twists, heartbreak and travel.  Fall in love with Ms. Kent’s characters every time you read one of her novels. She never disappoints. Well written and thought out plot lines. Highly developed and engaging characters make her one of the best writers you will ever read. In addition, side splitting humor keep you interested in the fate of her personalities.

This book was as good as the 1st book in the series! Julia Kent does so well with making you fall in love with her characters. Lydia, Mike, & Jeremy were totally made for each other! Not only do they care for each other the sex was off the charts! HOT, HOT, HOT,! I also laughed out loud so many times with Madge & her comments! Love her!! Also, the scenes at Jeddy's with Lydia & Krysta talking & Caleb overhearing! Hysterical!!

This for me was a trilogy gone wrong. I loved the first two books and this one was almost like the author could not make up her mind so she went in a completely different direction. Its as if she ran out of steam after the first two books. Overall the trilogy was good, just wish it ended on a different not.

I am a julia kent fan. I love her work abd her views of how lovecan be seen and felt in many ways. This is book three. Please read the other two so you will fully understand the story. This story is only 222 pgs and very good. It does leave it open in case she wants to build onto the story but no cliff hangers. I Loved how you feel what each character is feeling. KD aka Kristy D.

The humor was back with this installment. Not much on the three some, just don't get it, but the story was entertaining and a good read.

Good ending tho l felt it could have expanded a little more since it took sooo long for everyone to be on board or the story could have cut down on repeat and becoe two books. Good story averall though.

Mike vs. Jeremy What is Lydia to do?? This was a wonderful series that keeps you guessing what will happen next. The first book in the series had me hooked with the whole under cover boss plot and the HOT sex. The second book keep me guess what could possibly happen next. Then the third book brought everything into focus and took you on an amazing journey. I can't wait to see updates about these three in the future!!

I received an ARC of this book in return for an honest review. This is the last book in Julia Kent's 'Obediant' trilogy. I have been looking forward to this book for a while now. I was anxious to know the outcome of the romance between Lydia, Mike, and Jeremy. Throughout this series I found it difficult to pick who was my favorite- Mike or Jeremy. I loved each one! I like the glimpses we were given of characters from Julia Kent's previous books. It gave me a feeling almost like coming home. I'm really hoping we get some future books about some of the secondary characters we saw in this trilogy (hint hint).

The final book in Kent's 'Disobedient' trilogy wrapped up the story of Lydia, Mike and Jeremy.  I liked this series.  And this book reminded me of what I especially LOVE about all of the author's books - the way she populates her stories with wacky, wonderful  characters and the fabulous dialogue.  I'm hoping there will be more adventures with the secondary characters like Lydia's brothers and her best friend. My recommendation is to get all three books in the trilogy and read them one after the other.  You won't be disappointed. I received an ARC from the author for an honest review.
