This book is going to save me a lot of anguish before I begin to buy a home. There is a lot of work that you need to do before you even look at the houses. This has tips for researching crime statistics and other issues like what kinds of issue plague other houses and the suggestion of making a bigger contingency in your renovation budget. The only thing I wish is that my nook color could read without crashing every few pages.
I love these guys. They are fun on television and this book is a huge help for us do it yourselfers.
A must have for any home. This book gives you tips on how to decide if you should sell your home or if you should just renovate your home. It also gives you a chart of when the best time to buy things such as electronics and flooring. There is so much more that I could mention but I wouldn't be able to fit it within the character allotment. You don't have to be a fan of the show to love this book but it doesn't hurt.
