I was trying to lose weight and tone my body for months. I did aerobic exercise and ate right. I lost weight but need something else to continue my goal. I picked this up because truely I wanted my body to look like the picture on the cover. WOW, this video works. of course you need to put in the time but love that is is broken down into different parts of the workout and 10 minute increments so I can work it into my day better. I definately saw results fast with this dvd in my legs and waist. I was so sold on this working that I just went and bought all of the core fusion dvds. I cant wait to start working on them just to mix things up a bit. MUST BUY!

Everyone has their preferences when it comes to exercise, and nothing is perfect for everyone. But I think I've found my favorites in the Core Fusion series. I tend to lean toward Pilates based exercise, along with cardio work on the treadmill, or outside. I have found the Core Fusion Body Sculpt and Pilates Plus programs do the most for me in terms of really changing my body. Be forwarned - they are real killers! I have exercised regularly for years and I can't do them all the way through without resting periodically. What I like particularly is that you can follow either Liz or Fred for the harder or slightly easier (but never easy) version of a particular movement. I also like that the DVDs are broken into five 10 minute segments focusing on different body areas so you can do them all or just one or two if you have less time and want to focus on something in particular.
