This is a great set of dvds. My 13 month old was captivated by all 3 dvds and will surely be for several more Christmas seasons. The Elmo's World dvd is cute, funny, and educational. Elmo Saves Christmas was cute, though in my opinion the least appealing of the three. Christmas Eve on Sesame Street is wonderful (despite the last viewer's less than insightful comments). Sure the clothing is dated, but the message is perfect for children, and this dvd was just as exciting to my Elmo-loving son, even though it was made pre-Elmo. Cookie Monster and Grover are hilarious! It's a classic and worth the cost of the set alone!!! This dvd collection is a great deal and will get a lot of use in our home!

Elmo Saves Christmas was HORRIBLE!!! Almost everything in it so dark, it ruins the happy holiday spirit and turns everything into despair! I haven't celebrated Christmas the same way ever since then!. And, RIP Maya Angelou.

This 3 part DVD is only good for Elmo's world holiday dvd and elmo saves christmas. The third one is the original sesame street christmas special and well is extremely dated and just well, sucks. I would have purchased the first two I mentioned separately if I had not read the old one was good but, well it is just so old it is not engaging for young children- the colors are not vibrant, it is slower, and the songs are not as upbeat. It seems more for older kids than younger ones.If you want good sesame street holiday DVD's purchase :
