The directorial debut of Roger Avery
(who co-wrote Pulp Fiction
), Killing Zoe
comes to DVD with a fine anamorphic widescreen transfer that faithfully reproduces the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. English and French soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Surround. English subtitles are accessible. Extra features are limited to cast and crew biographies, a theatrical trailer, and production notes. Though this film has a cult following, the people responsible for this disc have not made an effort to show the unconverted why a handful of people are so passionate about it.
