Alan Arkin's adaptation of Jules Feiffer's stage play Little Murders comes to DVD for the very first time with a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. English soundtracks are rendered in both stereo and mono, while a Spanish soundtrack has also been recorded in Dolby Digital Mono. English and Spanish subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include a commentary track recorded by Feiffer and star Elliott Gould. Although they were recorded separately, the editing of the comments is well done and they offer a variety of insights into the film's development. A pair of television commercials for the film and the original theatrical trailer round out this fine release from 20th Century Fox.
