Overview

A gifted songwriter and fiercely uncompromising artist, Lucinda Williams was beginning to earn a degree of commercial acceptance comparable to the critical acclaim she'd been receiving for years in 1998 with the release of her Grammy-winning album Car Wheels on a Gravel Road. That year, Lucinda Williams and her band made a memorable appearance on the acclaimed PBS music series Austin City Limits, and this home video release features that performance in its entirety, including several songs not used in the original television broadcast. Lucinda Williams: Live from Austin, TX includes the songs "Right In Time," "Car Wheels on a Gravel Road," "Passionate Kisses," "Sweet Old World," "Joy," "Something About What Happens When We Talk" and many more.

If you like her style buy it, you won't regret it. She seems a little shy (no contact whatsoever with the audience) But what a great band !!! Watch and hear John Jackson and Kenny Vaughn....
