I got this dvd, used it the first night. Some of the poses were harder for me, but I tried them. I kept up. Pushed myself. The next am, my whole entire body felt like it use to feel after a good work out at the gym! It was awesome!

I got a great work out and also found this DVD very relaxing. It helped me to stay stress-free and focused during my pregnancy. If you are a believer in the practice of Yoga, you may also find some of the techniques helpful during labor. It's a real-life workout, nothing too flashy or difficult. I still use this DVD, even after the baby.

I really enjoyed this video. The first time I did it, all the postures, the next am i was sore, as if I went to the gym and worked out! They are fairly easy to do, and only held for a short time each. You can pick a posture that may help you on a particular day or with a particular ache. I always feel more firm after completing this video.

I just received this video today and was extremely disappointed. I kept waiting for the actual yoga session to begin. the whole video/dvd is very boring with no music. All you hear the whole time is the man's voice describing what to's like an instructional video rather than an actual yoga workout.
