"It's instant comic relief." - Daily Glow

Celebrating the creative side of failure: "F" stands for "funny" in this perfect gift for students or anyone who has ever had to struggle through a test and needs a good laugh. Celebrating the creative side of failure in a way we can all relate to, F in Exams gathers the most hilarious and inventive test answers provided by students who, faced with a question they have no hope of getting right, decide to have a little fun instead. Whether in science (Q: What is the highest frequency noise that a human can register? A: Mariah Carey), the humanities (Q: What did Mahatma Gandhi and Genghis Khan have in common? A: Unusual names), math, or other subjects, Richard Benson's book proves that while everyone enjoys the spectacle of failure, it's even sweeter to see a FAIL turn into a WIN.
  • Contains 250 hilariously wrong test answers from exams in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Math, Business and Technology, Psychology, History and Geography, and English.
  • Laugh out loud funny for teachers and students alike.
  • With the handwriting – and doodles – of the test taker, readers will have flashbacks of anxiously sitting over a test paper chewing on the end of a pencil.
Fans of F for Effort and F This Test will love F in Exams...and perhaps be a little envious of the students who took full advantage of not knowing the correct answer.

Celebrating the creative side of failure with 250 totally wrong test answers.
A perfect coffee table, bathroom or bar top conversation-starting book
  • Makes a great graduation, teacher appreciation and teacher retirement gift

I bought this book after briefly looking over it in the store. If you flip through in the store you may come across a couple pages that really make you laugh, but unfortunately you'll find it's not worth a buy. The humor seems forced rather than genuinely cut from actual wrong test answers. It just didn't live up to my expectations I guess, maybe you will feel differently.

Sadly, literature these days can't seem to elicit a laugh from most people. A few true gems are scattered throughout this skimpy-paged collection, but the cost is rather high for a quick read of 21 or so pages.

This book is a funny little humor book, but I would recommend a hard copy instead of digital. The images and how the test answers are written are what makes the book fun, and you don't get all that here.

This book is soooo funny. The people give the stupidest answers, but thats what makes it funny. I would totally recommend this if you want something short thats gonna make you laugh.

I loved the book and it made my wife and I laugh out loud, but it is only 21 pages long. Way too short for $6 something.

Could have used more F pages, it wasn't worth the $10 I paid. Maybe a $5 book. But needed more meat too it. Not saying it isn't worth a shot, but don't expect a long long book of funnies.

This book was a disappointment. NOT worth $7 at all. Some examples are funny but the majority seem forced and not that entertaining, as I read it I kept hoping it would get better but that was not the case. I even skipped a few pages. Don't be fool. It's a great idea but badly written

Whether or not you are a teacher, professor, or instructor, this book will have you laughing. Covering various subjects, this book just brings a smile to your face as you read some of the craziest and dimwitted answers ever written. A book worth purchasing.

I've only seen the calendar version @B&N, but I can guarantee (spelling correct?) that at least one of them will make you laugh. If these are real exam answers (which I doubt they are, but I hope the were), I can't imagine who put hese down.

The book has alot of Q& A s per page. It's super funny!

The only thing the F stands for is what a Failure you feel like when you realize you paid for 21 pages of crap.

Great to read when feeling down, or just looking for a good laugh.

This is the funniest book i've ever read; it is 21 pages on the nook but the page number only changes after like 3 or 4 page turns, so it is the EXACT same copy you would puy in paperback. A lot of the comments said it was only 21 pages, but that's just due to font size or some other factor, it is a sizable book, i promise!!!!

Great books, lots of laughs. I'm wondering about the length- the nook book is 21 pages, maybe the paperback is 128? If that is so, I should have bought the paperback!

This is funniest book i have ever read. The only downside is that it is too expensive for only 21 pages. I mean, come on! We deserve the full book for this price(and i know there is a lomger book).

I picked this up at the B&N book store and burst out laughing. I proceeded to get a cup of coffee at the store cafe and proceeded to laugh out loud like DeNiro in Cape Fear. Every page is priceless. At worse, you will chuckle on a page. At best...well...don't have anything in your mouth! I bought 3 copies. I had to share this book. It really lifted my day and was something I wanted to share with others.

A friend of mine lent me this book and I think that it is totally worth the $6. I'm buying my own copy at that price!

The test answers in this book are hilarious. The only downside is that you will worry about the future after reading these kids' test answers. Also, it's 130 pages long, not 20 something as another reviewer mentioned. Plenty of laughs for $6.

F in Exams is a cute humor book, consisting of crazy answers found on tests. Richard Benson collects a wide variety of smart-aleck, sarcastic, and downright dumb answers students use on tests in a gamut of subjects. The book is a short and quick read; I wish it had been lengthier. Nevertheless, it's a fun little read.

This short book will make every teacher roar with laughter, weep with pain, and nod their head with recognition. Every page is a groaner, as the author compiles lists of student's wrong answers on tests. Some of the answers are obviously areas where the student was attempting to be funny, probably to laugh past the fact that they don't know the answer. Others are the unintentional howlers that make up so many student answers. Others, such as when older people become intercontinental as they age, are the spelling transpositions we all know and love(?) from our own student papers. I predict this particular genre growing over the next few years, as there is certainly a wealth of material. Overall, a short read for a quick break from the tedium of a world where Karl Marx isn't one of the Marx brothers.

This book is full of very funny wrong answers that students have put on test in the past. Their are examples of all subjects from math to social studies. This is a book that is good for a laugh,...not too serious.

Looking for something quick and light before the end-of-semester or other seasonal craziness? This book is sure to put a smile on your face, collecting the "best totally wrong test answers," as the subtitle advertises. The layout is well thought out. The chapters are organized by subject, such as Chemistry, Math, and English. Each page has two questions and answers; the answers are in different handwriting fonts and different colors. Sometimes the humor was more evident if you actually knew the correct answer, but it's not always necessary. The answers are goofy, logical, or smart-alecky, but I was laughing out loud for the 30 minutes or so it took me to page through this book.

I laughed so hard at some of the answers that I cried. My husband had a hiccup attack from all the laughter
