Dennis Murphy's rambunctious seven-year-old twins swear he's the best lawyer in Arlington, Connecticut. They don't make his job easy, however. When the nanny he hires to watch the twins walks out on them one afternoon while Dennis is meeting with Gail Saunders, the opposing attorney in a libel case, Dennis is forced to bring his work home with him.

Gail's client is a Russian immigrant who's had a few scrapes with the law in the past. She agrees to represent him, even if it means going up against Murphy and his prestigious, wealthy law firm, and even if it means she has to deal with his wild children once their nanny goes AWOL. Gail isn't the sort to become all warm and fuzzy around children--especially imps like Sean and Erin Murphy. She's missing the maternal gene, and the romantic gene as well. Just because Murphy is smart and funny and sexy as hell doesn't mean she's going to fall for him. She knows his seductive charms are merely tactics in his effort to win the libel suit.

Being the sister of one of the founders of the Daddy School, Gail believes Murphy could use a few lessons in how to be a better father. But she's got a few things to learn, too, and Dennis Murphy might just be the man to teach her.

Gail and Dennis, and his twins. Talk about star crossed. She has trust issues with men, and doesn't really like kids. He just got full custody of 7 yr old twins, and has nanny problem. Add in a slightly kooky, supposedly reformed criminal with a lawsuit, and the story moves fast and somewhat furious. It all works out in the end for a lovely finish to the original trilogy. A heart-warming and funny story that I really enjoyed.

The writing was good and the story was interesting, but the explicit sex scenes were unnecessary. I won't be reading any more of this series.

Fun romance read. Enough other things happening in the book to keep the story interesting .

Happily, Gail is made of sturner stuff than some. After meeting those twins, I certainly would be happy they weren't mine, and I like kids. Not much time is given to showing how the twins win Gail over. I think a few more pages on that would make it easier to believe a woman who dislikes children is so suddenly won over. The rest is fairly standard modern romance fair, with baggage on Gail's side I didn't see coming until she brought it up. I half guessed right, about the bad experience, since she has NO interest in men at all in the beginning. Dennis doesn't seem to have any baggage... other than his children. Which is more than enough for Gail. The story between them works well, the fits and starts appearing natural with what we know already. And Leo... Good job on snookering me for the first couple of times he entered the story! By the third time, I was hoping to be wrong. Still, without him, Gail and Dennis would not have met, perhaps at all.

A 180 page story and third in series of a brilliant lawyer who takes custody of his seven year old twins when his ex-wife and her new husband move across country. Let the adventures begin with an attraction to an uptight public defender, nanny problems, Daddy School, and police involvement, and of course, children high jenks. Adult language and explicit sex scenes in this continuing soap opera. An excerpt for next in series included.

this is the last in the Daddy school series. A smart series, this book does not disappoint. You take the buttoned up dad turned full time custodial dad with the totally buttoned up woman with a traumatic past. The story takes you through discovery to HEA. Great series.

The story line in this series centers around a school for new Daddies learning to cope with the raising of their children. The story is cute and fun to read.
