My fitness coach demands me to eat only a food with specific nutrition values, so I was trying to find the recipes that contain nutrition information. I found this book and I must say it is amazing. If you are in a diet or trying to be in a good shape, you can find great recipes and also a lot of information how to take care about your health and shape without thinking what to eat. Everything you need is in this book.
