Overview

You have been inundated with reports from media, governments, think tanks and “experts” saying that our climate is changing for the worse and it is our fault. Increases in droughts, heat waves, tornadoes and poison ivy—to name a few—are all blamed on our “sins of emissions” from burning fossil fuels and increasing carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.  Yet, you don’t quite buy into this human-caused climate apocalypse. You aren’t sure about the details because you don’t have all the facts and likely aren’t a scientist. Inconvenient Facts was specifically created for you. Writing in plain English and providing easily understood charts and figures, Gregory Wrightstone presents the science to assess the basis of the threatened Thermageddon.

The book’s 60 “inconvenient facts” come from government sources, peer-reviewed literature or scholarly works, set forth in a way that is lucid and entertaining. The information likely will challenge your current understanding of many apocalyptic predictions about our ever dynamic climate.

You will learn that the planet is improving, not in spite of increasing CO2 and rising temperature, but because of it. The very framework of the climate-catastrophe argument will be confronted with scientific fact.

Arm yourself with the truth.

A humble suggestion to producers/Al gore: Solar storm scare could ben even scarier than green house gas emission: Why did Mr. Al gore stop with Atmospheric gases-co2/green house family of gases? he could make it more sexier by taking it all the way to Sun/solar storm effects to life on Earth, and correlate unexplained anything in this planet, including mysteries(pyramids, aids, giants etc) to solar storm. as no one will have the time to proof check it. they will gladly be done allocating a budget Dollars to 'stop the solar storm' i.e. stop his rant at the door. Ideas for al gore: solar storm causes climate change and that creates man made co2: Little more difficult to comprehend ,hence more money making chances -more for longer. A movie think about it: hollywood has the technology to show such armageddon movies based on solar storm etc. Climate change anyone can produce movies/docs. So hollywood lost an opportunity to monopolise movies on solar storm with d.c. approval.

Outstanding documentation from numerous credible scientific communities & papers on warming & cooling trends & corresponding CO2 levels over the millennia, which effectively & irrefutably debunks the fake news hysteria that is so prevalent today.

Full of willful mis-information. Search for the article "It's Easy to be Tricked by a Climate Denier" by Willard MacDonald for a complete debunking of this book.

A Great book. Common sense and logic that everyone can understand and relate to. Wrightstone touches on all the politically sensitive topics (polar bears, storms, water level rising, etc) and the facts tell a different story than that of Al Gore and Hollywood. Best I can tell his facts come from our government so hard to see how they are not factual (or at least not tainted by Wrightstone). I read it in two days and bought copies for both of my children. With the big impact on our world it is worth a read, maybe even more so if you believe the hype. I highly recommend it.
