As a Yankee fan I enjoyed this book very much. It doesn't focus on any one player for too long. Spreads out over the entire length of Cashmans involvement with the team. Very good read...highly recommend

This book was such an awesome read, it gave Yankee fans and even baseball fans an inside look at the most powerful organization in sports and how it's run from the top down. Highly recommend.
