Ever wanted to be a juror on an important trial? Now is your chance. In this book, you’ll be a virtual juror, experiencing the challenges of a trial involving murder, deception, judgment and plenty of excitement.

In Juror 11, you will journey into a courtroom, taking your place in one of 12 leather chairs in the jury panel box. After hearing all the evidence submitted, you will have the opportunity to determine the guilt or innocence of a man on trial for murder. You’ll fill out a verdict form, found on the website www.juror11.com, and assign guilt or innocence to the defendant on each of six felony charges.

After you have communicated your verdict, your suspense-filled journey will continue into the deliberation room, where the actual trial discussions will be revealed. You’ll see some jurors attempt to balance truth and impartiality, but others will reveal shocking reasons why they want to tip the scales of justice, even if that means shying away from the evidence.

Juror 11 was an excellant read. The format was much different than other books about juries and justice. Terry wrote with a lot of important details as they knew them that allowed me to form a decision. I would recommend the book to anyone, especially anyone never having served on a jury.

I always thought Jury Duty was a simple task and an inconvenience to my personal and work schedule when I was selected. That was my thought before the author Terry Rathmann forced me to re-think that that being called upon is my civic community responsibility. I was unaware of the different variables that could play out in a murder trial when you have such a wide array of personalities. Truly intense. I felt that I knew some of the characters. 2 thumbs up. Don’t forget to vote guilty or innocent on the Juror 11 website.

I sat down to with the intent to read just one chapter and couldn't put it down until I read the entire book! The true tale by itself is fascinating - fast paced and extremely detailed. However, it is Terry's ability to bring every participant to life that is the real magnet. No fabricated heroes or villains here, simply everyday imperfect folks maneuvering through an intense and life changing event for all - including the defendant! I can't wait for the next book.

This book is a must read! Take a journey into the courtroom where you will take your place in one of the 12 chairs located in the jury panel box. Does innocent until proven guilty really exist in our justice system? You decide!

This is a fascinating, quick read of a gripping tale of murder, crime and judgement—based on a true story. As a reader, I enjoyed the opportunity to "sit" as a member of the jury and hear this case. I have never been selected for jury duty, so I really enjoyed the glimpse into this world, as well as the opportunity for self reflection as you consider how you would respond in this case. Be prepared to put on your detective hat as you try to dissect the facts in this trial to determine guilt or innocence of the defendant. For those that have never been selected for jury duty, this book will add a whole new perspective on your understanding of, "innocent until proven guilty." I think you will enjoy this book all the way to its surprising conclusion! A solid four stars!

The author is very detailed as he describe the evidence that is being submitted in the murder trial. I have to admit at times it was hard for me not to jump to a conclusion about whether the defendant was guilty or not. After the trial portion of the book was over I went to their website and actually cast my vote of guilty. That was kind of cool. I will go back to later to see how some of the other readers have voted. When the deliberations started I could feel the intensity of the conversations between the juror members. I felt their frustrations as Juror 6 executed her game plan. Another good title for this book could have been, Someone Died, Someone has to pay. I watched their 2 minute book trailer and that got me interested enough to put my money down. I look forward to seeing the future movie with some changes. It was a quick read just as I like them. Thumbs up!!!!
