In the small town of Abbott Creek, mystery is as much a part of daily life as The Sweet Shop's sugar cookies.

Amelia Simpkins may be a great cook, and have a head for business, but sweet treats are out of her league and the owner of the Irish Blessings Cafe says it's because she adds the tart to the Sweet Shop's new dessert that Katie Chupp insists is only filled with lemony goodness.

The two shop owners' constant bickering sends sparks flying through Abbott Creek's usual calm... and when Andrew's cafe suffers from some rather unusual pest problems, the town starts taking sides.

This is one mystery Katie wants no part of. But working for Mrs. Simpkins may put her in the middle - whether she intends to take sides . . . or not.

About the Author

Naomi Miller mixes up a batch of intrigue, sprinkled with Amish, Mennonite, English & Irish characters (so far), adding a pinch of mystery - and a dash of romance!

Naomi's time is spent focusing on her writing, editing, and blogging about her experiences. When she's not working diligently to finish the next book in her Sweet Shop Mystery series, Naomi enjoys traveling with her family.

Naomi also tries to make time for attending writer events, workshops and conferences. One of her favorite joys is meeting her readers. So far, she's traveled from Tennessee - to South Carolina, across to Alabama, up to St. Louis, and on to Illinois, and over to Ohio - to meet readers and make new friends.

Naomi also enjoys singing inspirational/gospel music, taking daily walks, and witnessing to others of the amazing grace of Jesus Christ.

My relationship with my Savior is the most important part of my life! If there is one thing in my life I would like to do better, it's to be able to witness of how awesome God is working in my life. He makes all things possible! He makes life worth living! He is everything to me! ~Naomi

LEMON TART MYSTERY is the third book in Ms. Miller's Sweet Shop Mysteries series, and fans will want to read the first two, Blueberry Cupcake Mystery and Christmas Cookie Mystery. These books are light on the mystery (for those who don't like their reading material sprinkled with dead bodies) and heavy on the sweetness and the humor. This book has a few lemony recipes included and one orange one, so if you like citrus-flavored treats, this is your book. I enjoyed reading this book, and spending more time with Katie and her friends and watch as the community continues to reach out to the Davis family. If you like Amish stories, this book is a sweet escape no matter what age you are. I'm looking forward to reading the next book--coming soon. I was given a copy of this book free. All opinions are my own.

Lemon Tart Mystery is book three in the Amish Sweet Shop Mysteries by Naomi Miller. This story is full of faith, love, devotion and so much more. The recipes sound wonderful. Characters and a storyline that leaves you wanting more. I received a complimentary copy of this book. This review is my honest opinion. 4 stars!

Another sweet addition to what has been a delightful series. This is the third book in the series, but it can be read as a standalone. I do recommend reading the first two books in the series not only to learn more about the characters but also because they are fun reads. I thoroughly enjoyed catching back up with the residents of Abbot Creek and The Sweet Shop. The wonderful characters and story line made for a delightful read, and this is another one from this author that I certainly recommend. I was given a copy of the book by the author, but a positive review was not required and the opinions expressed are my own. I will be looking forward to the next book in the series.
