VERY good, informative, detailed writer's guide! This book has helped me a lot with my stories. It's broken down into different catagories, robbers and killers and women criminals and everything.
Having studied criminology in college, I was slightly distraught at some of the inaccuracies found in this book. The author tended to slant things in a way that almost seemed like he was condemning the very subject upon which he was supposed to inform. The data is very dated but it is almost fifteen years old. For an author looking for a good starting place, this book's organization style makes it a decent choice, but not for any in-depth research.
