Less than a year ago, he had everything: a beautiful girlfriend, a baby on the way, a career that earned him fame and a very comfortable living...until he didn't. I really loved this book and how the author dealt with the heroine's self esteem issues after breast cancer. I was also touched by the main characters' initial meeting as kids...and how this was revealed in the end. So sweet!

Talk about problems. These two characters each have a boatload of problems. (But, don't we all have them.) Ryker and Mia have loved and lost. They are both still dealing with the losses in their lives. They must also deal with new losses they only recently find out about. Neither believe they are ready to move on, but can't fight the iincredible attraction they're feeling. Some of us have first-hand knowledge of "that" attraction. They proceed with the thought that it is just temporary attraction and yet get lost in emotional storms. But where can it go?
