Ad exec Krista Martin, while feeling more Grinch than elf, still jumps at the chance to co-chair Marietta's Secret Santa Society. Why not? Especially since brilliant, attractive, and innovative tech wunderkind Jonah Andrews has agreed to help. He's well connected and Krista's hoping for some advice on rebooting her career.

Jonah knows Krista has a not-so-hidden agenda, but sparring with her over cocoa at their Secret Santa meetings is the most fun he's had since returning to his old hometown. Krista may come across as all business, but Jonah's positive he's glimpsed a little girl inside her who wants to believe in Santa... and in love.

The Secret Santa committee is in desperate need of help right now and Jonah and Krista are the ones nominated to do the job. They just don't know it yet. Jonah grew up in Marietta, but moved to California. He's a tech genius and young billionaire. His love life has unhappily been with women only interested in his money. He's back to care for his parents' dogs while they're away. Krista is new to Marietta having moved from New York to partner with a friend in a new ad agency. Coming from a family of famous actors she's learned that some men only date her for this connection. A tangle of dogs and a fall introduce them and sparks fly. They're both unsure about the Secret Santa, but it gives them an excuse to meet often. Both are leery of a holiday romance and when Krista's family says they're all coming to see her she panics causing misunderstanding. I absolutely loved Jonah and Krista. This is a wonderful tale set at Christmas, but filled with hope and love that can be enjoyed all year. The very little profanity and no gratuitous sex scenes added to the charm and my enjoyment. I am eagerly looking forward to reading more about Marietta, Montana and this author.

My favourite holiday of the year is Christmas; and I love stories about Christmas, throw in a small town and a love that is meant to be and you have A Wedding for Christmas. Debra Salonen is a new author to me and I enjoyed my first taste of her writing in Montana Secret Santa, book 3 in the Love at the Chocolate Shop series. I have not read any of the other books in the series but that did not deter me from jumping at the chance to read this one. I was able to read and follow this book without difficulty or confusion. The story was well written and captured my attention and although not a particularly long read, I enjoyed this story and I am going to go and get the other books in the series. What’s a guy to do? When ad executive Krista Martin, literally falls at his feet, Jonah Andrews is instantly attracted. When fate plays into his hands and they both find themselves working together on the Marietta’s Secret Santa Society. Jonah is at a crossroads in his life and needs to make some decisions; he is also determined to get to know Krista. Krista on the other hand wants to focus on the belief that Jonah could be the one to help her put life back into her compay. I liked getting to know the people of Marietta; the story had a feel good feeling about it, perhaps it’s because it is a small town, but it gave me a feeling of warmth, friendship and family. Maybe it is the idea of the Secret Santa that got to me but the fact that Krista and Jonah are working to make Christmas wishes come true was a great deal of fun.

This story fits in well with the Love at the Chocolate Shop series and the wider Marietta, Montana, community. It's always great to see familiar characters and meet new ones in this cozy Montana town. Marietta at Christmas time is the stuff of Hallmark movies! I liked the fact that while Jonah and Krista were both successful, busy people, they found time to help out their family and friends and the community. They each had their insecurities about joining the Secret Santa project, but they found a way to make it work using their unique talents. The only thing I didn't like was that we didn't get to experience Krista's family when they visited over Christmas. All we got was a recap of the major events after the fact. I'm sure it was due to the book having to be short, but I think we missed out on a lot by not getting to experience that "firsthand." But the dogs were cute and the cocoa and romance were sweet, so I'd recommend this book for anybody who loves a Christmas romance.

A sweet holiday romance. Can you really go wrong with a story that largely features hot cocoa? If you enjoy holiday romances that really tie in the Christmas spirit then this is a great novella to read.

Krista and Noah when the dogs he was walking caused her to fall. He can't wait to see her again. His mom and dad have asked him to take their place in the Secret Santa group. Krista's work partner isn't able to help out this year and has asked her to volunteer. Soon Krista is working with Jonah. Can two people who aren't Santa's types help with the Secret Santa group. Plus both are bad at dating so will they learn from past mistakes? Cute Christmas story. Enjoyed and can't wait to read more. joy943

Krista had to tell her best friend Amanda and business partner that she had become substandard , uninspired and had adequate amour with a big cup of cocoa . Krista had created Blue Sky Promotions.Since Krista moved to Montana none of her family members bothered to visit her. Her mother was a producer/screenwriter.Krista was the only one in her family that wasn’t in the entertainment business. Krista’s family drives her insane when they are together. Normally Krista was too busy to care but it hurt her at holiday time. But now Krista had to tackle the business with her best friend. Amanda. It had been pretty fantastic to start a business with Amanda. Amanda bought her local contacts and Krista had a lot of connections of both coasts When Krista had got cocoa and started to walk to her office then a dog barged into Krista . The man was walking three dogs Bindi, River Jack and he was watching the dogs for his mother. Jonah’s parents had went to Florida to try to help his sister and her kids as his sister was now a widow. The man’s name was Jonah Jonah was also to take his parents as a Secret Santa volunteer.Secret Santa fills wishes that are sent to the group. Emily wanted Jonah to take over as President of the Secret Santas and get Krista on board as his VP. Jonah was intrigued by Krista and Jonah was definitely attracted to Krista. Then Krista found out Amanda was pregnant and that was why she had been dragging at work she was a lot more tired and wanted to nap. But didn't want to lose her place in the company and wanted t make sure she had a place there after the baby was born, Jonah had just sold his company for a lot of money. Christa does co-chair with Jonah for the Secret Santa Society. Sparring with Krista every morning at the Secret Santa meetings was the most fun Jonah had in a long time. Then Krista’s family decides to come visit for Christmas. Neither Krista nor Jonah want a relationship and Jonah lives and has his lab in Silicon Valley in California. Neither really have time or energy for a relationship. Krista had an ex boyfriend she thought might be the one he said he wanted to marry him but really only wanted a part in her mother’s nest movie. Then he walked away when that didn’t happen so she is leery of men and being hurt again. As they spend more time the closer they get and the greater the attraction gets for both of them. Jonah has an obsession when he works and he had lost his last girlfriend because of it he even took him to court for not taking care of her sexually.. . Will a long distance relationship work for Jonah and Krista? I enjoyed this story a lot. It was a novella but still had everything it needed for the story to be complete. The plot was very good and it was an easy read. But it started a little slow but I don’t really believe it took away from the story. I loved the dogs hi-jinks they added a lot to the story. I laughed a lot and out loud and that is always good. I loved how Jonah took time out of his life to dog sit the three dogs, I enjoyed the slow burning romance between Krista and Jonah. Also could Krista and Jonah manage a relationship while online. I did love the characters and the in and outs of this story and I recommend.

As Krista and Jonah work on the Secret Santa Project, they find they're attracted to each other. Falling in love at Christmas is the best kind of story!

I am loving all of these chocolate shop stories. This one lived up to my expectations as well. Jonah and Krista end up working together when they were roped into helping the Secret Santa group in Marietta. I loved how well they complimented each other. They really worked great together. I also loved the dogs (Jonah was dog sitting for his parents while they were out of town) because those dogs added so much to the story as well. This book really kick started my Christmas spirit this year.

Montana Secret Santa by Debra Salonen is book number three in the Love at the Chocolate Shop series. This is Krista Martin and Jonah Andrews' story. This was a cute story where two opposites were thrown together to organize and work on the Secret Santa project. I enjoyed watching Krista and Jonah’s relationship grow. The dogs were a great addition to the story. I loved how Krista and Jonah fulfilled a need for each other that was missing. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Krista Martin and Jonah Andrews agree to be co-chairs of the Montana Secret Santa Society for 2 completely different reasons. Krista hopes that it will help her advance her business as well as help on a special work project. Jonah has come to town to house/dog sit for his parents after selling his last business. Jonah is immediately attracted to Krista after one of the dogs knocks her over during a morning walk. As the two are working on the Secret Santa project they get closer together but when it looks like Krista's whole family decides to come to Montana she panics. Will family and ulterior motives get in there way or will the get a happily ever after. I loved this book. It was so sweet and heart warming and a great addition to the series. I didn't want to put it down and then there was the craving for Hot Chocolate.

Krista Martin came to Marietta Montana to work and to escape from the drama of her famous family. She's a business partner with her best friend in Big Sky Promotions. When Amanda can't continue as a volunteer Secret Santa, Krista takes her place and finds herself working with the attractive and brilliant Jonah Andrews. They are co-presidents working to save this program. Sparks fly as these two make wishes come true. The characters are good people that I quickly bonded with. They care for others and want to make the world a better place. I'm always happy to visit Marietta and to learn more about the people who live here. The Zabrinskis are a big part of the town. I liked getting to know more about this large, loving family. Montana Secret Santa is a feel good story that made me happy. Debra Salonen knows how to touch the reader's heart.

Debra Salone has written a great holiday novella in Montana Secret Santa. Krista Martin is spending her second Christmas in Marietta, Montana. She is part owner in Blue Sky Advertizing along with her best friend Amanda. However, Amanda has recently married and is now expecting her first child and is being forced to rest due to complications, leaving Krista to worry about their bottom line. Jonah Andrews, a young inventor and entrepreneur, has recently returned to Marietta to house sit and take care of his parents’ dogs. He has sold his last business and made quite a profit. Returning home has given Jonah time to think about what his next project will be. Jonah meets Krista outside the chocolate shop when one of the dogs tangles her leash with Krista’s legs causing her to fall. What starts out with a tangled leash leads to more tangles between Krista and Jonah. Both Krista and Jonah are enlisted to be the co-chairs of the Secret Santa Society, a local group that fills Christmas wishes that are sent to the group. Krista sees this Secret Santa group as an opportunity to expand the contacts for her business and a chance to help expand her friend’s chocolate business if she can find a way to package them well enough. To add to the stress of the season, Krista’s difficult family has decided to come to Marietta for Christmas, an idea that has Krista dreading the holidays. Will she be able to make it through the family affair? Krista and Jonah find they can work very well together but where will all this lead? Krista loves Marietta but Jonah lives in California. What will the Holidays bring them? This is a Holiday novella that can bring the reader some Holiday joy with all the warm characters of Marietta. Filled with love of family, friends, and neighbors, forgiveness and understanding, Debra has created characters that are well developed. The story line is creative and entertaining and I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley and Tule Publishing with no obligation to review it. This is my honest review after reading.

This is a delightful little story of two people who get roped into helping out a secret Santa project in the magical town of Marietta. Krista's not too happy until she learns that the dog walking guy she just met is Jonah Andrews, wildly successful entrepreneur. Hoping he can give her some tidbits of advice to help get her business going again. Jonah knows what Krista really wants from him but he's certain he's seen glimpses of a sweet woman who secretly dreams of a life with love and family. He plans on getting to know that woman real well! A recommended read!

A sweet heart-felt story with a great message. Krista Martin is forced into helping Marietta’s Secret Santa Society when her business partner ends up pregnant and is told by her doctor that she needs more rest. Krista wasn’t in the Christmas spirit this year but when she found out Jonah Andrews, Marietta’s own tech genius turned millionaire, was going to be co-chairing with her, she figured she might be able to get a little free business advice from him. Jonah didn’t have volunteering in his plans when he returned to Marietta, he thought he was just going to house sit and take care of his parents dogs while they were away in Florida. But when he finds out the Secret Santa Society needs his help and fresh ideas, he decides why not. It is for a good cause after all. Together Krista and Jonah come up with plans to help families in need and bring them some happiness during Christmas. They also find themselves falling in love even though they both know the holiday season is not a good time to begin a relationship. The detailed writing about the main characters as well as catching up with characters from previous books, makes this book one not to be missed. Everything is written out so well, you can picture being there, sipping hot cocoa and reminiscing with old (and new) friends. The mischievous dogs were a fun addition to the story too.

The perfect addition to Love at the Chocolate Shop, what's not to love, Christmas, Chocolate , Dogs and of course a Romance. From their very first meeting, Krista and Jonah, falling down on the ice while Jonah was trying to walk the dogs, I fell in love with these characters. They co chair the Secret Santa Society, there is an instant chemistry which they try to fight off. Do they have the same wish in Santa's ear? I highly recommend this book with a cup of Hot Chocolate ( I will just dream that it's from Sages).

I loved this third entry in the Love at the Chocolate Shop series, Montana Secret Santa by Debra Salonen. We have former boy genius Jonah Anderson and Marietta somewhat newcomer go-getter Krista Martin being volunteered to co-chair the Montana Secret Santa group. The Montana Secret Santa group meets daily at Sage’s chocolate shop as they figure out which of families in need of Christmas cheer they can assist. The group was in need of new volunteers to help take this group into the future. This is where Jonah and Krista come in. This is where Jonah and Krista come in. As they work together they discover the chemistry that exists between them but have to work through their own insecurities before they can move forward. This was a fun, wonderful and entertaining story with very loveable and authentic characters you want to cheer on, hoping for that happy ending. The characters were well written with complex characteristics. The story line was riveting and kept my attention to the very end. I enjoyed reading this book and had trouble putting this book down. I recommend this book to other readers. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Krista has been working hard for the last 18 months and is satisfied with the way her life is going. Then she runs into Jonah or rather Jonah's dog runs into her. Jonah has sold his company for a ton of money and now he doesn't know what he is going to do with himself. He agrees to dog sit while his parents were with is sister in Florida. At least that will keep him busy for a little while. Then he and Bindi run into Krista. They are working together on the Secret Santa committee and they are attracted to each other but can't see it going anywhere as Jonah will probably be leaving in a month or so. Then Krista's crazy family came to Montana for Christmas. Krista's world has been turned upside down and Jonah has gone back to his home in California. What will she do without him and he is wondering what he will do without her.
