I couldn't put this book down! A little repetitive with some information, however always interesting throughout the story. Darren McCarty is as honest as you can be with his life story and poor choices along the way. A great read and very insightful for the hockey fanatic.
This book was very good. I like how he didn't sugar anything. At the same time, it wasn't written to make you feel bad for him during the rough times of his life. If you love hockey, or are just a fan of Darren McCarty, you have to read this book.
Bought as a Christmas gift. It was very well received.
