Overview

Coyle O'Caha, a seven-hundred-year-old, immortal druid sorcerer, has one claim to fame—his experience mentoring fledgling witches. Three years ago, he found his soulmate, Deri Sullivan. With Deri haunting his dreams, he can no longer wait to claim her. He’s tired of waiting for her to fall for his charms and see that he’s the man for her. Of course, that’s easier said than done since Deri is immune to both his charm and magik.

Deri Sullivan’s boss is a real piece of work. Not only is Coyle a millionaire with a body to die for and an attitude to match, but he also has a Scottish lilt which makes her knees weak. He’s a certified ladies’ man. A man she should avoid at all costs. A man she can’t seem to quit dreaming about. A man with whom she wishes she could share her secret. Sometimes love happens at its own pace, other times, a supernatural nudge is needed.

I was expecting a bit more character development, but it DOES have a warning at the very beginning of the book telling readers of explicit sex scenes. And those were very very good. Would give a 3.5 for those alone, but hoping the next in the series does have some more character development in it.

It’s an interesting plot, but it’s only like 60 pages. Also, there’s no build up, no climax. Everything just happens. And about 50 of the pages are the woman talking about how hot the guy is. We get it. We saw the cover. This is like an extended summary of what the book could have been.

I am so glad I found Mandy Roth; these need to be a little longer. I think $2.99 for a 60 page book is still to much. I love her books especially the Immortal OPS and all the books that are a spin offs of it. Now the Druids they are hot!!!! And when you picture them with Celtic Tattoos oh yeah.

It was a really good read but I wish it was longer for what i paid for it. Not even 90 pages.

A very good well thought out novella. Has your attention from the start and stays there to the end. I thoroughly enjoy all Ms. Roth's books, always look forward to a new release.
