Some stories are sad such as the struggles of the Covenanters, or the story of the “Glen of Weeping”. Readers will find the characters whether good or evil come to life before their eyes. A wonderful basc book about the Scottish rulers. Presents basic history in a non complicated way. This book can eadily be referenced with more detailed works. Any oneat sll interested in Scotlad would enjoy this work.
