We skipped right over the whole fiancée thing and went straight from girlfriend to wife.

At least, I think that's what happened. I woke up after my brother's Vegas wedding reception with my luscious girlfriend in bed with me. We're both wearing wedding rings.

So is her coworker, Josh.

And our Vegas chauffeur, Geordi.

Who the hell am I married to?

Unraveling this mystery will be as difficult as figuring out why Amanda and I are having panic attacks over the thought of being husband and wife.

Or, whoever we're actually married to.

Oh, ^%$#.

It's true that what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, with one exception:

If she's my wife, we'll make it work.
If she's not?
I'll make it happen.

I quit. reading this book halfway thru it, and probably read about 80 pages too many. The writing was juvenile and unlike Kent's other works...dialogue very tiresome, maybe if I was 18 yrs old, I might enjoy it. Characters playing too many mind games withone another...boring! And uninteresting. One star is too many.

I was asked by the author for an honest review. I fell in love with Julia Kent's "Shopping" series and she has me caught up in the hilariously funny series. This installment find Andrew and Amanda trying to figure out what happened last night after Declan and Shannon's wedding celebration. Are they married and if so, are they married to each other or are they married to one of the other 2 people that are in the room. This book was to funny! I really enjoyed this crazy ride with this weird family and their friends. I highly recommend this book and the entire series to anyone who loves to laugh as two people fall in love. Julia Kent is a great writer and I have truly enjoyed all her books I have read thus far. Feeling down? Need a laugh? GRAB THIS ENTIRE SERIES!

Hilarious, sweet, and fast paced. I could not wait to read it and then I had to finish it the same night. Amanda and Andrew were so funny and cute. I swear Ms. Kent keeps writing secondary characters that you just can't wait to read in their own stories.

Oh my lord it has been a long time since I laughed so hard from the first page to the last. I can’t think of anything worse than waking up with 4 people in the room naked with wedding bands on and not know who, what or even if you are married. Even though they can’t seem to remember what happened last night others can remember very well, they even have video of each of their down fall. After the mess they have made of it I doubt they will be doing any drinking anytime soon. Andrew is alpha all the way not knowing what he wants until he finds out he might not have it. Then goes overboard doing his best to keep it in this case it is Amanda as his wife who may or may not be his wife. It doesn’t help when the families add more fuel to the fire which adds some delightful fun to the read. I can’t think of anything more embarrassing then the whole family seeing you they way these couples are found the morning after. It is a story that sticks with you and keeps going through your mind all throughout the day making you laugh for no reason. My employees were just about ready to lock me up in the fun farm until I shared part of the story with them. I know a few of them have also since read and enjoyed this book. It is nice to see the male lead the role on the chase almost on bended knees. Let’s not forget Amanda and the role she plays from the orange mess on her body to her love of cats keeps the reader very entertained. There is a lot of confusion between these two people as well as friends and family having a blast with the facts. Throw in two gay men who they may or may not be married to any of them and you have a free for all. I can’t remember the name of the one but he sure got his digs in on Andrew. Which left Andrew saying HELL TO THE NO I might not remember but I sure as Hell didn’t marry that. The guy just couldn’t let up at every turn he throws it back in Andrews face just what they might or might not have done. Once we find out who is or isn’t married to whom or what there is still more humor as Andrew back peddles giving Amanda what HE THINKS she wants. Which is the norm for men he got it all wrong, with the hoops he jumps through there isn’t any doubt he is in love way over his head? Only a man in love could make such a fool of his self. Mr. York narration is outstanding really bring the story to life. He puts so much emotion making you believe every word that is written. His insight to the character roles are wonderful as well as his performance. His male and female voices are a delight you always know who is talking and just what they are feeling. There are no background noises or any place where the volume changes from one chapter to the next. If any breaks were taken I could not tell. His character voice for Andrew is just what I thought it should be, powerful, lost and at times angry making you feels everything he does. He hits each emotion with the right tone from excitement to horror of the unknown. This is all done in a very natural way that pulls the listener in and making this a very believable read. I had no trouble at all picturing each scene unfolds just the way the author wanted it to be. Mr. York has a very pleasant voice that brings so much hooking the listener from the first page to the last. I didn’t want to put it down and found things to do so I could listen longer. I am so looking forward to listening to more of his work. The author knows what it takes to bring laughter to her readers giving them a hig

Could not get through this. It was to campy to be funny. Quit reading at page 67. I've read other books by same author and this was a disappointment.

I go back to this series any time I can. This book has everything I expect in a Julia Kent novel! All the antics and mishaps are there. So is the love that two people share. This includes all the insecurities. Andrew and Amanda are so much fun to read about. One can wonder where she gets these situations however I really enjoy reading them I mean who wakes up in Vegas thinking they may have married a cat?

I loved getting to know Andrew. He was determined and passionate about his desires. I also loved Amanda's connection and knowledge of Andrew. We continue to see the characters we love from the rest of the series for a hilarious story. The restaurant scenes in the book were priceless!!! I can't wait to see where else the series takes us.

5 Star Review Loved It This is my first Julia Kent read and I really don't know why I have waited so long to read this series, this book is hilarious, I was laughing out loud and snorting my cup of tea... This book starts in Vegas, no one can remember the night before and when 4 people wake up in the morning in bed together all with wedding bands on who will be the first to ask who is married to who and more to the point who will wish they are married to each other. The characters really come to life and I love that its told in a male point of view. I laughed till I cried but it wasn't just a comedy it was a love story with a bit of intrigue. I could not put it down and I will be reading the previous 8 books. When a book has you hooked from page 1 it makes you laugh and you love the characters what more could you want. Great Read

Julia Kent, you never cease to amaze me! This just might be the best book yet in your Shopping for a Billionaire series... and that's really saying something! I am so in love with Andrew right now! I do believe he's my favorite McCormick... and that's really saying something too because I love me some Declan. No one can bring a character to life like Julia Kent. She brings such warmth and sincerity and such a sense of realness too her characters. You just can't help but fall in love with them... and laugh out loud with them. This story had me hooked from the first page, and kept me hooked throughout the entire book! I never wanted to put it down... so I just didn't. I read it all in one sitting and I absolutely can't think of a better way to have spent my time. This book is provocative and enchanting and hilarious and intriguing and romantic and positively riveting. I would highly recommend it, and I will be counting the days to the next book in the series! * I received an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.

5365592 Emily Seelye's review Jun 20, 2016 · edit it was amazing bookshelves: own Read on June 19, 2016 *ARC provided by author for honest review* This is the ninth book in an ongoing series. One must read the previous books or they'll be lost. This is Andrew and Amanda's story, the second to focus on this couple. For the past few years they have been kissing in closets and sleeping together, but they've never been on a proper date. After waking up the morning after his brothers Vegas wedding wearing rings, but no memory of what happened, they set out to find out what happened, but it's not that simple, because the other occupants of the room, are also wearing rings. The rest of the book is Andrew proving he loves and wants to marry Amanda for real, with some hilarious shenanigans. I can't remember the last time I laughed so much (probably when I read the previous book). 1 like ·

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas is an understatement. Once again I laughed until I cried with my favorite dysfunctional families. I was excited to get to know Andrew better and this did not disappoint. It is just the right mix of sexy and funny. And so educational...who knew about animals with removable penises A must read !!!

Andrew and Amanda unravel the story behind their marriage. When they do Andrew asks Amanda a question that has him dressing up like a character in a novel. His plans of course go down the drain when he loses everything from his pockets! I've yet to read a book from anyone other than Julia that has me gasping at the utter shock of something, to laughing deliriously from the unexpected chaos that ensues. If you've never read her stories start at the beginning you will NOT be sorry!

Since I finished the last page of Book 8 in March, I've been counting down the days until Book 9 would come out and oh, was it worth it. This book was hilarious and from the second it started, I couldn't stop! Andrew and Amanda wake up the day after Declan and Shannon's wedding to find that they both have on wedding rings. But so Josh and Geordi. So, who's married to whom??? After some definite ups and downs following Shopping for a CEO, Andrew and Amanda have a lot to work through in order to make their relationship successful. As is the case with every book by this author, it was a funny, quick, light, amazing read that leaves you wanting the next book immediately. I can't wait to see what's next for this crazy clan!!! *I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.*

I feel like I've been waiting for this book forever! Who wouldn't after reading the beginning of Andrew and Amanda's love story? And then there's the blurb about 4 people waking up in a Vegas hotel room wearing wedding rings, and nobody knew what happened. The aftermath is classic Julia. I couldn't stop laughing! First off, I loved that this book was written in Andrew's voice! He has so much going on in his mind. He's trying to be the strong, infallible CEO and the loving boyfriend. The war that plays out within himself is wonderful and heartbreaking at times. He feels this need to wall himself off so no one sees his emotional side or the weakness he believes loving Amanda shows. In terms of the story, I couldn't get enough! It was a wonderful unfolding of their love story, as well as Andrew's emotional growth. I loved his scene with Shannon. The literary connection to Pride and Prejudice is fabulous. I love the nod to malicious obedience. Great Jessica Coffin scene. I'm glad we got some time with Terry (need more!), too. There is so much that I want to say, but I don't want to give anything away! I can't wait to read more from this series! I received an advanced copy of this book for an honest review.

Julia Kent has done it once again! This book picked up right where the previous book ended! This book finds everyone in Las Vegas partying after Shannon and Declan's wedding! We have 4 people waking up naked in a hotel room wearing wedding rings, no idea who was married to whom, a wookie and a cat peeing on a stuffed animal! I found myself laughing so hard that I was crying all within the first few pages of this new book! This book is about Andrew and Amanda but we do see all of the regular favorites ( Marie, Jason, Pam, James and Josh). This gave us insight on Andrew and why in the previous books he pushed Amanda also shows us what he truly feels about his brothers (Declan and Terry), his father, his job, his mother's death and most of all Amanda! I found myself falling more in love with Andrew as I read more of this book...I didn't think that he would win a place in my heart but he did. Andrew pulled out all the stops to prove to Amanda he was worth loving...I will not give away any secrets because that would be just wrong! I can not wait for the next book in this series ...need to see where is adventure is going to take us! Thank you Julia Kent for giving me the opportunity to read an ARC copy of this book an allowed to post my honest opinion of the story! I already have it pre-ordered on my favorite vendor site to add it to my collection of your books!

Andrew so does not disappoint.. Loved every jaw dropping, belly grabbing moment of these crazy kids trying to figure out this thing called love. The morning after Declan and Shannon's runaway wedding proves that this group of highly entertaining people are just not done having fun yet. Andrew also proves that he not only means forever when it comes to Amanda but that he is willing to put everything on the line to prove himself. Completely fell head over heals for him in this book. Also have a huge crush developing for big brother as well look forward to his story.
