Sky the Blue Fairy by Daisy Meadows is a fantastic book! It¿s filled with magic! The story is about two girls who have to find Sky the Blue Fairy before Jack Frost¿s evil goblins do. One day Rachel a little girl and Kirsty were talking but Kirsty put her feet in the seaweed. She saw something blue inside the seaweed. Then she calls her friend Rachel to see what it is. They found a blue crab. The blue crab gave hints to Kirsty and Rachel to find Sky the Blue Fairy. Rachel and Kirsty found Sky the Blue Fairy. The rest of the story is a big problem. So if you like stories filled with magic then you should read Sky the Blue Fairy. My favorite part is when Sky the Blue Fairy gets to see half of her sisters.

My daughter enjoys reading, but is not really into mystery books, etc. She is not a girly girl either, so I was surprised when she picked up a few of these fairy books at the library. She was HOOKED. She BEGS us to let her stay up and read now. The only downside is there are at least three other series in this line of books (the Party Fairies, Jewel Fairies and Pet Keeper fairies) that are not yet available in the United States.

My 6 year old is hooked on the fairy books. She can't stop reading them. I couldn't get her to sit and read and now I can't get her to stop.
