Stephen Covey identifies some very deep characteristics of human behavior and relationships. His views of human spirituality and the influence of personal character development relative to how we relate to our families and society as a whole are very well thought. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking to serve as a better member of a family unit or leader of people.
