Stop being ruled by your to-do list and start getting the important work done. Filling your days with menial tasks will not lead to a meaningful life. This journal will keep your focus on what’s most important, even in between conference calls and running errands.

Confidence is a skill YOU can build. Yes, you. And it’s not as difficult as you may think. Every day this journal will give you a chance to step outside your comfort zone so you can feel proud of yourself and watch your self-confidence grow.

Want to live a more passionate life? Stop focusing on sh*t that drains you. Seriously. This journal will show you a cool way to power up your energy levels and tap into that inner zen that knows exactly what fuels your fire.

If you get to the end of the day and wonder where it all went, it’s time to take stock. Using research from Harvard Business School, you’ll learn one simple mindset trick that keeps you present to what matters most, which is the secret to being in control.

Science proves that your mood in the morning impacts your entire day. That’s why this journal is designed to boost your mood first thing, so you can become a happier, smarter, and more positive person all day. The fact is, happier people get sh*t done.

Just got my journal today (ordered it online) and it's incredible. I see it's sold out online so I'm going to drive to my local B&N today (still in stock there) and pick up a bunch of copies as holiday gifts. The construction of the journal is great–thick paper, coil binding (but hidden behind a book cover so you can't see it), thick black cover, built-in toggle to keep the book shut. I love how it lies flat and you can rip out pages as needed. Now, the design. The first few pages explain the layout and why they designed the layout this way. Then all of the other pages are daily layouts. It's more of a journal/planner cross, but undated with no calendars. Each day there is a 2-page layout and there's about 10 quick things to fill out. Energy gauge, plan how to raise your energy, pick a top project (why it matters and when you will work on it), gratitude, the time you will stop working, brain dump, daily planner with times (like a schedule), and then what I think is the coolest part–a "confidence corner." Each day you get a really quick challenge to do. The next day, the journal prompts you to reflect on the challenge (or why you skipped it!). From what I see, all of the challenges are about 5 minutes or less–but are intended to snap you out of your daily routine in a small way. Overall, I CAN'T wait to dive into this journal. It looks really expensive/nice so it's a really nice gift too.
