The portions on some recipes are off, and the idea of cooking dry beans in the time offered by some recipes is dubious. Some nice ideas, but there are better comprehensive recipe collections for the slow cooker.
I asked for a Slow Cooker for my birthday and I needed a recipe book. I ordered this book due to the quantity of recipes. I have made at least on recipe each week and so far all have been delicious!
