This was the second air fryer book I purchased; the first had no photos. This book is well laid out, beginning with appetizers and ending with desserts. Each recipe has a photo. The reason I gave it only a three star rating is because there is no nutritional information with each recipe. This was suprising because the title touts it as being healthy with low fat, etc. This information is vital to many people, including diabetics and those on special diets. That would have made the book a five-star book. In addition, there were only recipes; there was no information about how to use the air fryer to use it. I thought it would give a little more insight into the process of air frying or how to adapt recipes to be used in the air fryer.
