The first three books in the Irish End Games series takes an average American family and puts them in the middle of a post-apocalyptic meltdown in a rural setting in Ireland. Free Falling shows the family "when the bomb drops" and how they're able to learn what they need to do to survive. Going Gone continues their story when Sarah is brutally taken from the home she has created in Ireland and risks life, limb and much more to return to her family. Finally, Heading Home tells the story of rescue finally coming--and how that turns into the biggest upheaval of all. These books are thrilling page-turners that will have you stocking your pantry for the apocalypse and wondering how well you really know your neighbors.

It is light reading with "I gotcha qualities" that are hard to walk away from once you have started to read.

Read these quick and couldn't wait for the next one. I hope that I am as strong as the heroines should the world ever end!

One of the best series I have read. They should make it into a movie. I hope the other books in this series are as good.

So intense! Read all 3 and it's one problem/mess after another. But couldn't put the books down. Currently reading the 4th "Blind Sided" and can't wait to finish it.
