About the Author

John is a veteran writer, having started in his pre-teen years after the first Sputnik went into orbit. He wrote a short story about an American astronaut trying to bring it down before it used a nuclear weapon on the United States.

Since those days John has spent decades working on his 3D design skills, utilizing them to create dazzling animations for fun, as well as profit. Not to mention really cool abstract art, fun character designs, beautiful landscapes and interesting architecture. When not playing with his computer toys, John has also been writing, writing, writing.

He played for awhile in Hollywood, working for Disney, Harmony Gold and Filmation in the animation industry. Eventually, he got his MFA in Experimental Animation and used that experience to start his own animation business, while still seeking to get better and better as a writer of children's stories and adults.

John's current body of work is published on both Amazon and Smashwords and can be found in digital form as E-books. This coming summer John intends to get the body of his digital work into print form as well.

Also, let it be said that John loves birds, chapatis, cherries, science fiction and fantasy, good hearts and kind words. John is the proud caretaker of two cockatiels...Baby Baby and Angel Light.
