I received a free copy of the book at the Rachael Ray show. I did not know who Rocco DiSpirito was until I saw him at the live taping. Everyone went home with a free copy. Finally a diet I could enjoy and that is working. The book was so easy to read and follow. I started two weeks ago following everything he said and have lost 16 pounds in 13 days! Each day I cant wait to get up and weigh myself. No starvation or miserable foods. Everything tastes great and I feel good about myself. Thank you to my friend Carol who brought me with her to see Rachael Ray!

I have always loved Rocco, but I have also been looking for ways to maintain the weight that I lost using The Hungry Chick Dieting Solution getting ready for my sister's wedding this past summer. I lost 15 pounds by the way. (Buy that book took when you have a chance.) The problem is that I love to eat. Well, I found a way to do both in this book. I found clever ways thanks to Rocco to incorporate healthy, non-processed meals in this book. That is why I highly recommend this book as well. Try the Blueberry and Quinoa Porridge with Mint and the Shrimp With Mustard Greens, Mushrooms and Miso. But Rocco knocks it out of the park with the Meatballs With Mushroom and Spinach Gravy. I can now eat and maintain my weight loss. I love it.

I've rated this a 5 because it's really well done. It has gorgeous color pictures good info and the recipes are awesome yet easy instructions. I'm getting ready to start the 10 day cleanse - so excited.

I always look forward to the chefs cookbooks. Lots of great food choices, beautiful pictures and information on healthy eating. For myself and my adult children it's about eating right and maintaining a healthy weight. Definitely a lifestyle. Thanks chef for another awesome cookbook to add to my collection. Love having a lot of healthy food choices!

I just received my copy and I absolutely love this book! The pictures are so beautiful and all the recipes are very clean and easy to make. Rocco provides a lot of information on how to choose foods that are healthy, delicious, and not processed. I would recommend this book to others who are trying to lose weight.

I was hoping this would be a great option but the recipes are so difficult and some of the items are hard to find. The first week I went to four different stores to get ingredients and was extremely frustrated. I ended up having to Google several substitutes that I wish the book had offered.
