This book brings the first book full circle in a very thoughtful and inspiring way. I have always believed that every small thing that we do in life controls how our life and that of others, shapes the life that we we live.

I loved this book. It was the perfect sequel to Five People You Will Meet in Heaven. It is very insightful. I like his representation of what the afterlife would be like and it gives me hope for a better life after death than just cruising through Heaven strumming a harp. I highly recommend people of all faiths read it.

I have read all of his books and this one was just as good as the rest!

I have read hundreds of near-death experience books and this one is very very good. None of us can have the overview and perfect clarity provided by the other side. We are here to learn how to keep our faith and our integrity. The road is Bumpy for all the reasons that Mitch mentions. We are all worthy no matter the mixed messages we may receive. Excellent book my friend. We have met and it's been a pleasure.

I do have to say that you need to the read the first book in this series (The Five People You Meet In Heaven) before reading this book, it will be totally worth it by the time you finish this story! In the first book, we get Eddie's story and how he died saving a young girl named Annie and this is Annie's story. As we learn what had happened to Annie and how she found her one true love to only have us left with a cliffhanger on if they both survived a horrible accident on the day after they we wed. Annie is meet with five people in heaven who guided her past and her future on earth with a huge turn of events that will bring a tear to your eye by the time that last page is read. I can't give too much away but seriously, this was a heart-breaking of a story that will leave you with a smile on your face and a tear in your eye. It's story's like this one that make you think what if there is five people that you have to meet in heaven before finally getting to your one true happy place, now that would make everything you did on earth so totally worth it even more. Thank You to Mitch Albom for writing this really fantastic follow up to a story that has stuck with me for the past 8 years!! I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book from Edelweiss!
