Overview

Eric Dunbar is a priest, but not just an ordinary priest. A priest with considerable experience, he gets transferred to a special unit, "The Red Brigade", which is created by a New England mafia family to rebuild villages destroyed by natural and man-made disasters and to smuggle cocaine from Mexico to Los Angeles.

After several trips to Colima, Mexico to rebuild Guerramo Village, circumstances trigger Eric's doubt as to the authenticity of the brigade's mission. Finding evidence of cocaine inside a catholic church in Los Angeles, he discovers that the FBI has pursued the family for years.

Several attempts on Eric's life and the murder of an FBI agent force him to flee Los Angeles with a member of the brigade. Secured in a cabin in the forests of Virgin Gorda, BVI, they finally feel safe. But the mafia and the FBI are everywhere, and their safety is short-lived.

About the Author

If lightning doesn't strike the same place twice, what are the odds that cancer would strike
David Yates three times - and he would survive?
David Yates survived serving military duty in Vietnam, only to come home and find out that he had cancer - malignant melanoma, to be exact. After surgery and recovery time, he was finally getting back on his feet when the cancer returned less than two years later. Surgery and treatment again followed, and David was back into his life - changed, but still moving forward.
More than three decades later, David found himself receiving the news of a cancer diagnosis for the third time. He continues to write. This is the 5th of 6 books.
