This is a good resource for a person who struggles with anxiety. This may be a small guide but does contain a lot of information. There is a variety of tips and methods to help you deal with the different types of anxiety. I voluntarily agreed to read a copy of this book supplied by NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own and in no way have been influenced.
