This book gives you a different perspective on how affairs-or transgressions can improve a relationship or dissolve it but it also gives you hope that while good relationships are not affair proof they can still manage to overcome an affair or learn to work towards preventing one

I suppose I really have no idea what I was expecting from this book. However, I will say, that this book went places I never would have expected it to go? Although it offered many varied opinions and possible outlooks in regards to a highly damaging situation, it does not provide any solid solutions that could help one overcome, such a painful experience. It merely suggests to the reader, a multitude of ways in which they could change their “outlook” of the situation. As human beings, would’t we all love to “change” our outlooks and thought processes in life, if it were only just that easy? Unfortunately, when strong emotions come in to play, it isn’t that easy. So most of us aren’t that successful at accomplishing this. That being said, I would not recommend this book to others as I feel it really does not “offer” any solid advice and only left me feeling more “deflated” about what I was hoping to learn from it. But go ahead, read the book, maybe you can get something from it, that I did not?
