This train isn't big enough for the 3,4,5 or 6 of us...or is it? This is a game of schemin' and stealin' as you play train robbers planning your actions to move around a 3-D train (yes the game board is a 3-D train!!!), steal loot, punch and shoot. This is all under the watchful eye of Marshall Ford...he protects the passengers and the payroll strongbox. The available actions are in the form of cards and players play in turn. As characters get shot, their action hands get clogged up with worthless bullet cards, limiting overall amount of actions. Most actions are seen by everyone, but some are hidden when train "goes through a tunnel." These programmed actions then "play out" in a story of sorts. Each character has its own special power, and each round has its own special ending event to add some interesting variability. Lots of fun. The components are top-notch, including scenery (rocks, cacti, etc which serve only to add theme). 2015 Spiel Des Jahres winner. Other folks in my gaming group have enjoyed it as we all competed to be the richest train robber. Despite the fact that you are playing "criminals," the Old West theme and colorful cartoony artwork make it fun for the whole family.
